Southwood vs Huntington softball

Anyone see the article or stats from this game last night? Southwood wins 54-45.I know softball isnt big at either school but this was unreal. 62 HBP in the game, Hunnington scores 45 runs on just 5 hits. Southwood pitcher throws 296 pitches in a 7 inning game.

I went to Southwood years ago. Had a pretty solid softball program back in those days. A girl I graduated with has a daughter on the team who drove in 14 in this game.

Had to be a 5 hour or more game with all the HBP and scoring

I just love seeing this right here. This was THE district 1-AAAA rivalry when I was at Huntington in the mid 80s. 4-0 vs Southwood my 4 years in hs.
