When you realize you are the same age as the people you grew up watching

when 90210 premiered w/its rather mature cast as high school students, 28 yr old Luke Perry went on Letterman, who asked him:

"So how old are you now, 52, 53?"

I remember going home once to see my parents and running into some parents of my friends growing up.

You do the math and realize some of them had kids at 18-20 and your friends parents were actually only about 25 when you first met them. In my memories they always seemed older than that.

Seeing a kid call Clarissa/Sabrina a grandma kills my soul.

Daniel Stern was 33 when he played Marv in Home Alone. I'll be 33 this year.
