Your concern is legitimate, I'll admit. I'd be pissed off at any one thing that killed my power for days/weeks - natural disaster or human made. But nobody said taking your country back and freeing yourselves from evil would be easy. In fact it's quite hard which is why it hasn't happened yet in some of these third world shite holes.
To answer your question, you see about 10 different video angles and 100 different posts about each airstrike in Iran from people on the ground, and up to date information on checkpoints and leadership whereabouts and deaths, etc. Clearly they have means to reach the outside world.
We also have shown the ability to both hack their state TV and telecom networks. If all that isn't enough, we and Israel both have assets on the ground - numerous in number it appears.
If/when the time comes for the official "go" signal, it'll be known through many different methods

I applaud you for giving a thoughtful reply.
My take on this is that the administration has given up on the people rising up.
I think the post was a bluff to try to get the strait open and if they don’t I honestly think Trump would be most wise/is planning to take it by force.
That eases the international issues of oil etc and also doesn’t harm the lay people on the streets of Iran. It does put our men in harms way which I absolutely hate but that went out the window when we decided to pop this thing off.
The real underlying question as to “why” the people haven’t risen up. And it’s not solely because of bombs because the entire nation of Iran isn’t under attack. As you noted people are sending videos of our targeted strikes.
The question is did we underestimate the loyalty to the current regime OR are they so beaten down.
