Do you think that what transpired today and Jay's actions will be the spark that was needed to ignite the team to realise their full potential?

I'll hang up and listen, just impressed by the awakening of the team and the onslaught that resulted from it.

Not to mention everything that they accomplished today: 4 HR from a single player to earn a historical school achievement, another historical team achievement in most runs scored in one inning against an SEC opponent, first series win in Knoxville in 10 years.

What say you?

Well no shite.

The question was if you think it was or not. Which one do you think it is?

You could say it was last weekend vs Kentucky. We’ve won 4 of last 5 sec games. And the mid week game this week.

Possibly a turning point for some of the fans on here (hopefully). This team has always had the juice.

The win Friday night was equally important. The comeback last weekend in Game 3 after being down big early, clawing back in the game, getting punched in the mouth again, getting up off the canvas, and win going away showed resilience. This team isn’t perfect, but you’re a liar if you say they aren’t figuring things out. They’re learning to win through adversity and it makes them a dangerous team going forward. The best part of this season is ahead. Enjoy the ride.

It could be if we see some lineup changes, if we keep trotting Yorke out we are going to hang out at or below 500 in sec play.

It’s way less gymnastics to conclude we already know what that potential looks like. It’s an inconsistent team with a ceiling slightly above .500 in conference play

Didn’t the announcer say Yorke is hitting.115 or .150 in the sec?

Not sure, but it’s not ideal that we’ve already had to ask this same question about 3 times this year.

No, we said that last weekend and still looked like shite. Without mistakes we sweep this series easy. This team is their own worst enemy.

Definitely the bat flip. Today it was a bat drop with a smile.

Incredible performance by this LSU Baseball team.

Suddenly this team has found its wings.
