The IQ threshold for being categorized as mentally retarded was lowered from an IQ of 85 to 70 in 1973 for a reason.

“If I hit this guy, there will be consequences. Whatever I’m mad about, it isn’t worth 10 years in prison.”
I wish these guys would just try to have an inner dialogue. Now he’s rotting in prison for the next decade.
