How would this be different from Op Midnight Hammer where it was claimed the site were "obliterated" with heavy damage underground.
But I've seen some Pentagon officials say bombing is an option although it can create some risks.

I'm not even convinced that we really know where it is. We're relying on Israel for that Intel and their story has changed multiple times dating to before the bombings back in June.

Immediately trying to rebuild sites with no military protection, while their cities are rubble and filled with people who are pissed off, hungry, and without water? Yah good luck with that.

A concern has to be that any attempt to send in the military will be met with drone strikes and ambushes by either remnants of the IRGC and or groups opposing the US being on the ground in Iran. It definitely won't be organized state run Iranian military.

It is my understanding the uranium is buried in the collapsed bunker it was in.
Iran was going to drill or dig to get it.

Could be wrong, but I don't think we will need troops on the ground to continue to destroy their air force, navy, factories and energy infrastructure. That can be done through the air.
