NBA rule change idea - cap 3pt shots

10 3pt makes per game allowed. You’ll need to strategize like timeouts as you only get so many per game. How would this change the game? Would it make it more exciting? After 10 it’ll result in 2pts. Did I just fix the nba?

Widen the pro court and extend the 3 point arc. Creates more spacing and makes the 3 a harder shot, meaning mid range shots MIGHT come back into play.

Within 2 months analytics would have everyone doing the same damn thing and saving 3 pts shots until the 4th qtr or something. Then it'd be a 3 pt contest every 4th qtr.
While probably entertaining for a while, it'd get old.

While your at it, might as well demand at least 3 passes before you can shoot, even on fast breaks, and everyone on the team has to play at least 10 minutes.
