Not useless. They're just opposed to any sort of legislation that their GOP base would actually support so theyre just running out the clock as people on the right have been screaming about since 6 months into this administration.
The GOP isn't conservative, its currently a globalist controlled opposition party designed to obstruct any real nationalist opposition and no path to real reform can be walked until its rebuilt from the ground up which Trump has simply lacked the will or the interest to do for reasons beyond my current understanding.

Trump needed to direct the TSC/TSA to place all of Congress and their staffs on the No Fly List until they completely fund the DHS. In fact, they should remain on the list for at least 3x the time they went without pay.
Then they all can individually reapply for reinstatement, with consideration on how the members and their staff voted.

I don’t know if DJT will ultimately be the figure who was able to do anything about it but his emergence as a political force and ascendancy to the presidency since 2016 has fully exposed the underbelly and charade of Washington DC and the “ruling class”.

Hes had the chance for 8 years and absolutely nothing has changed at the local level where i live.
We have fewer freedom coalition types in congress than when he took office in 2016. Its astounding.
He either doesnt care, made a deal to leave the GOPe alone or doesnt think he has the juice to make it happen for whatever reason.
Theres a 4th option but Im not ready to go there yet despite the Epstein/Iran stuff that hes controlled opposition as well but that simply doesnt line up with what hes done with the rest of his agenda so I dont think its really worth considering IMO.

Any illusion that the GOP is not part of the Swamp is now gone. They are the controlled opposition, designed to make speeches and fund raise when they are in the minority, and to capitulate when in power.

If I had the money, I'd start a national campaign to primary everyone. You don't have to vote against your party, just vote against the incumbent. Then keep doing it until a group of senators and congressmen start doing their fricking jobs.
