In American History X…..Remember when Derek Vinyard knew how to gin up discontent among his peers and have them take it out on everyone else?
-I would link the scene, but go watch it——Derek Vinyard store raid scene. “America is going broke”.
That’s what’s happening here.
They’ve been called and orgaized to ruin every city.
I’m sure we fund it.

Well then logically if they are not organized then there is a huge pool of them just waiting until they are close enough to join in when a flashpoint pops up that gives them the opportunity to join in.
Since your keen mind showed us the fact that these rampages are completely disorganized, how big is the pool of young animals waiting to go on a rampage in each of these cities?

Some would have us believe that these are just random occurrences.
But we've all seen the pattern over and over and we know they are quite predictable and we can predict with solid accuracy who will be involved.

There was a big group of "Young Neuroscientists" that did this crap in Tulsa a weekend or two ago. Like 200 of them. Many were arrested almost immediately. Police response was otherworldly fast, indicating that the group was likely already being watched.
Believe me when I say that if it can happen in Oklahoma, it can and will happen anywhere. But that goes both ways. The young sophisticants can organize these mobs anywhere they want, whenever they want- but it can also be immediately and decisively halted by LEO agencies in places where people do not wish to tolerate the behavior.
