Why aren’t we treating North Korea like we are Iran?

There is zero chance the population would rise up and revolt against their government since the North Koreans are brainwashed. The North Korean government is also more bat shite crazy and wouldn’t hesitate to immediately launch nukes.

shite, but for your use of “captured” instead of “intentionally attacked with missiles and aircraft” I thought you were describing Israel.

They dont have oil.
They arent next to a straight that impacts global economies.
They share a border with China.
They already have the weapons ( thanks Obama) and could at a minimum use them on SK.
SK is too strategic of an ally to risk.

Umm I don't think that's true. NK hates their neighbors more than US and why they are like they are.
Im not saying they don't hate us, but the Japanese occupation led to this.
I would also check the immigration numbers compared to NK and Iran. One is invading us and the other isn't.
