I didn’t vote for him in the election.
He has absolutely earned my vote the next time.
He has completely revitalized the leadership at LSU. This is not just about athletics.
With a better flagship university system that will attract more jobs etc

I feel exactly the same. I love Louisiana, and I would love to see our very best representing us. We never seem to achieve that, unfortunately.
But, Landry was front-and-center on:
1) The firing of Brian Kelly
2) The firing of Scott Woodward
3) Hiring Lane Kiffin
4) Bringing Wade back to LSU

No.
I voted for one of the several other republican candidates.
Landry won in an open primary straight up.
Had it gotten to the run off I would have voted for him.

It’s a shame he is more worried about LSU athletics than improving the state. He’s probably hoping to gain votes for the next election but he loses mine.

He deserves his props. He's definitely done more tangible good for LSU than Governor Honor Code ever did.
