If you had 3 nights in Vegas in July where would you eat? Mainly looking for dinner recs because days are already planned out.

Golden steer is really good but pricey. Need reservations, unless you want to sit at the bar (which I did by getting in line 15 minutes before opening).
Other than that there are some good cheaper places in China town. all different types of Asian food in one area. I liked the ramen place.

Try the top of Stratosphere, I think it's called The Strat now. It has a rotating restaurant at the top (about 1000 feet over the city) and each rotation takes about an hour. We were last there about 12 years ago but it was awesome.

Bazaar Meat at the Venetian and Bavette's at the Park MGM are outstanding
One night should be spent on Fremont imo and few restaurants are more classically Vegas than Oscar’s. Featured in a scene in Casino.
For a budget meal....Din ti Fung at Aria is reasonable compared to many restaurants on the strip. That being said, would still probably be $40 or 50 a person with drinks etc.

Wife and I have reservations at Bazaar Mar next month. Looking forward to it, as both it and Meat came highly recommended.

We liked Din Tai Fung and Hugo's Cellar. Haven't been to Hugo's in several years though.

Can't speak to the Vegas location, but the Din Tai Fung in Southcenter (Seattle) was really good. The green beans are phenomenal.

Sparrow & Wolf and Esther’s Kitchen

Barry's in Circa for steak. Italian either Esther's kitchen or Carbone, people will say its over rated but I think its an amazing dinner.all depends on how much yiu want to pay for a dining experience. Those are on the top end. But you can find some real gems of you arent trying to go all out while youre there.
