Oregon state won the CWS in 2006, barely made the field in 2007 and won it again

This year LSU team will at least make it to Omaha book it

2023 LSU tigers won it all, barely made the tournament in 24 and lost in the regional.

The 2024 team was hot going into that regional

They were a few plays away from hosting a super and making it to Omaha

This year team will make those plays

Wasn’t ole miss one of the last teams in when they won?

Fresno State was a regional 4 seed the year they won it all

If they don't get their asses in gear, the 2026 team's experience of the CWS will be like a Yorke AB

You must be watching another team because the LSU team i've seen doesn't hit with RISP, they can't field the ball cleanly (other than milam), We don't have a catcher behind home plate that can catch or block a ball or throw anyone out that is stealing, and they look like they generally just don't gaf.

Gonna be a long Spring and Summer.

eta: Forgot the biggest fricking issue- our pitchers can't throw strikes

I very much hope you’re right!

But what have you seen that points to them making plays when needed?
Because so far, this team has played 4 1 run games and lost every one of them.

I also believe this team will hit 100 home runs this season

Brown 20+, Yorke 13-15 range, Serna 10-15 range

You sure have faith in one of the worst defensive LSU teams of all time. This is one case where I pray you are right and I’m wrong.

Well we lead the SEC in strikeouts by quite a lot so we can throw strikes.

Just not always

Fair enough.

I never pick against them… but they let me down sometimes.
