Riverside County Sheriff and California gubernatorial candidate Chad Bianco has seized more than 650,000 ballots from last November’s election as part of an investigation into potential discrepancies in the county’s vote count.
The probe follows allegations from the Riverside Election Integrity Team that the county’s tally may have been inflated by more than 45,000 votes.
“This investigation is simple: Physically count the ballots and compare that result with the total votes recorded,” Bianco said at a Friday press conference

As per usual, Swallowswell is wrong.
Although I like Hilton, Bianco would be a boon to the state if he won.

Great start, now compare the listed addresses vs common/like names vs legal/illegal citizen vs whether or not they are alive.
Don't stop with the count, lets make sure to uncover every rock

One causes the other to be a mandatory next action. Prove voting totals were wrong, and that initiates steps to figure out why.
Seems like a great start

That's all we want: fairness and honest elections, not shady counting weeks later to produce the results wanted by the typical democrat!

Astonishing Massive Gonads on the Dems.
The cuck RINOs are never going to do anything about the corruption except some cheap generic talk. Worse than Linus - blah, blah, blah …
Term limits with no lifetime benefits and break up the UniParty.

He's running for California and he knows how to play to his base.
From the LAT article the TGP relies on:
That doesn't sound like he actually thinks this will be fruitful.
There is also this:
Hearing that a group like the Riverside Election Integrity Team misunderstood data is on brand and not shocking, given the arguments from Bianco. His response is also retarded.
I doubt this leads to anything fruitful, and it seems the sheriff is already conceding that's likely while pivoting to the follow up talking point ("no MOE is acceptable"), which is retarded, as noted above.
The real question/story will likely, ultimately, be if he broke the law in obtaining the warrant.
A copy of the letter sent by Bonta prior to the seizure:
If true, that would not be good, either.

Bianco said the investigation was “not a recount” for the Prop. 50 contest and was “just as much to prove the election is accurate as it is to show otherwise — we will not know until the count is complete.”

There is also this:

In a lengthy February presentation to the Riverside County Board of Supervisors, Registrar of Voters Art Tinoco disputed that figure, saying it was based on a misunderstanding of raw data that had not been fully processed.
The actual discrepancy, Tinoco said, was 103 votes, a variance of 0.016% that was far below what he said was the state’s preferred 2% margin of error for certifying results.

Sometimes I wonder if California can elect republicans on a statewide level. California has more republicans than any other state. But the cheating is so rampant and we are all brainwashed to just give up on California as a lost cause. I'd love to see it go red one day

With the SAVE act, California would be bright red immediately.

But what is he really after. The initiative passed 65 / 35. So what's his angle? You could throw out all of Riverside's votes and it really would not change t b e outcome.
This looks to be grandstanding.

Either would be a huge improvement.
The enlightened people of the Pinko Republic of California are politically retarded though. They'll elect Swallowswell and SoCal will look like Haiti before 2030.

He's just rallying the base getting "voter fraud" in the ether as a talking point.
Just political PR/campaign points stuff.

The only thing that will solve all this sh*t is e-voting like they have in Estonia. Go, vote online, boom.
Elections close at midnight day of elections.
Results are known 30 seconds later.

You immediately dismiss the sheriff and claim he has an ulterior motive.
Yet, you fully believe a government election agency in California and refused to acknowledge their motive to say they did no wrong.
Despite all the shenanigans from democrat election officials across the country, from refusing to investigate fraud at all to refusing to even turn over voter rolls to counting weeks after the election from boxes that mysteriously appear, you still fully believe anything they tell you.
I bet you think you are an unbiased moderate, too.

This could backfire on him. If Hilton were smart he should say next to nothing. If the Democrats running were smart they should say nothing and let this be exclusively Bonta's and Bianco's drama.
Then as time wears on Hilton should say, " You know, this whole thing really smells desperate on Chad's part."
