Why don’t the Chinese eat cheese?

I saw a video the other day where a guy brought this up and it’s sat heavily with me since.
The closest I can think of is when the Japanese put cream cheese on a Philly roll.
Has anyone ever had Chinese food with cheese?

Japanese don't put Philly cheese on rolls. That's an American food item. Rolls like we eat are called "American style sushi" and only two places in all of Tokyo serve it.
Cheese just isn't a thing in most of Asia other than Paneer India.
Though korea has adopted cheese mixed in canned rice and Japanese love American style cheeseburgers. But as far as indigenous cuisine, no cheese.

This is an American thing and not served in traditional Japanese sushi places. Same as Crab Ragoon/wontons as mentioned below. In fact, many of the sushi rolls in American restaurants and dishes you find on Chinese buffets here are Americanized version or a straight up American dishes.

About 2/3 of the world is somewhat lactose intolerant past infancy. That includes Asia and Africa. Northern Europeans were the first to develop the gene needed to digest cow's milk.

Why can't Chinese people pronounce the letters L.

Most Asians don’t eat cheese. It’s disgusting to them.
It’s like how westerners don’t eat durian. Incompatible palettes.

Many of them are lactose intolerant. They also traditionally eat a lot more pork than beef. The muslims in the west of the country eat beef more and do make some cheese.
I had butter tea and friend yak cheese in tibet a couple years ago, and neither was very good.

A better question would be, "Why do Asians put sauce/seasoning on the outside of the shell, of shell fish?
