So, your point is that the 2024 team started off poorly in SEC play and ended up winning nothing that year. Not what the fans were hoping for from a team that was supposed tk be the mist talented Jay Johnson has ever coached.

The latter half of the 2024 conference schedule was very manageable

It’s all about giving yourself a shot. 2024 had a very good shot at going to Omaha. If this team ends with the same shot of going to Omaha I’d be happy. Whether they capitalize on that shot is different.

I think we will need some SEC tourney wins also. We'll see.

His point is this season is still very young, dumbass.

Besides, if LSU does continue to suck this year, Jay has earned grace from every fan. 2 championships in four years in today’s college sports reality is unbelievable.

Jay Johnson is a great coach, and possibly the best in America.

You can't win a natty every year. The point is that this team can be better than 2024. That team was horrendous in SEC play (starting 3-12) until the back half of April.
