The Office (UK) - censored

I just started rewatching the show on Hulu and within the first 10 minutes they censored something Gervais calls the secretary. It’s hard enough to understand the bloody Brits and I can’t stand being treated like a baby either. On top of that it’s antithetical to everything Gervais stands for anyway. Anyone know if there’s a lot censored in the rest of the show?
Are there other shows these soulless fricks have desecrated that yall know about?

It's on Britbox but I'm now sure if it's censored or not. I watched it on DVD years ago. If you tell me where it's censored I can watch that scene and let you know.

There are several episodes of Always Sunny that Hulu pulled and won’t even let you watch.
I believe The Office (U.S.) has had some scenes censored by streaming platforms, too. Specifically, the Dwight Christmas episode where they edited out a blackface scene which was based on traditional German Christmas folklore.

Never watched the UK version but this is a complete guess, but could it have been c*nt? British and Australians use that word way more loosely than Americans do.

The episode where Michael calls someone “faggy” is definitely censored when it airs on tv now. Same when he calls someone “retarded.”

There are a few 30 Rock episodes that are gone I believe. I think they are all race related.

Diversity episode is probably censored now

Legit one of the best episodes, and the way they used the blackface at the end was perfection.

I don't recall it being used nearly at all, but it has been a while since I watched it. You're doing yourself a disservice by not watching the UK version. Watch just one episode tonight.
