Love or hate them.

You can’t argue the Spurs are the best run small market franchise among the big 4 sports

You may be right....but there is an argument for Green Bay and the Tampa Bay Rays.

San Antonio is not a small market.

I live here.

Wut? The Rays have been impressive as small market, but you can’t compare them to a team that’s won 5 NBA titles, 4 of them since 2000.

Welcome to the playoffs, OKC clinched 3 days ago.

Thunder clinches 13th playoff spot since 2010.

Playoffs in West will be pretty legit this year. OKC has played 1 game this season with all 5 starters and has the 2nd most missed games to injury in NBA

I have no idea if we can make finals because it takes time to heal and then get in playing shape to gel. SAS are legit and everyone chases the prior champs which makes it hard to repeat in NBA.

Both SAS and OKC are primed to have some great future rivalries. Looking forward to playoffs and see how far we get.

Our GM Presti came from Spurs so its neat to see them at the top. I hope both teams are healthy in playoffs. JDub is rumored to be back soon and thats All Star production we’ve missed for most of season.

It’s not a small city but it is a small market on its own

It was such a ridiculous 4th quarter. Fox pretty much led them back on his own.

This Spurs team is really good. If they can stay healthy they could make a deep run. I'm just hoping they get out of the first round because both Suns and Clippers aren't going to be pushover matchups.

There are no pushover teams in West playoffs. Every series will test teams. And the 2 teams left standing might have players injured in prior series so it will be a slog and who can keep players healthy.

There is still some positional jockeying going on so it’s not even clear who will play who. SAS are keeping OKC honest and any small slump could vault SA to 1 seed.
