Broncos are trading for Miami WR Jaylen Waddle, per source.

Denver receives: Waddle and Dolphins’ 4th-round pick (11th in round) in this year’s draft.

Miami receives: Broncos’ 1st round pick (30th overall) along with their late 3rd and 4th round picks (30th in each round) in this year’s draft.

I feel like I have Waddle every year in fantasy and every year he underperforms where I pick him

The dolphins are really going for that number 1 pick in next years draft.

Finally the Broncos make a play on someone who can gain more than 20 yards per touch

This makes that DJ Moore trade look so much better

20 yards per touch is an insanely high amount. Surely you meant something different

to be fair, Waddle never had much at QB

You think Moores Qb situation was better than waddles?

I think he’s tailor made to operate in Payton’s system and his skillset lines up with Nix’s strengths as a QB, but the guy just can’t stay on the field. He never really seriously hurts himself, but it seems like he misses stretches of every single game with some sort of knock.

It’s a win now move for Denver, clearly trying to capitalize on having a QB on a rookie deal. Miami took advantage of that

Waddle will be good in Denver. Will take a lot of pressure off Sutton.

On paper, the 1st looks bad, but it's a real late 1st.

Ah frick it I tried. Bad trade for Denver.

We needed a #1 receiver. Sutton is a 2-3 at best.

Waddle and Achane accounted for 2776 yards of Miami's total 5266 pass and rush yards. Nearly 52%.

This is disingenuous.

They upgraded their 4th by 20 picks.

I don’t hate it. It’s a bit steep but Den needs WR talent. Should be a good fit in Denver
