They're talking 20-30" of snow in Northern WIsconsin through Monday morning. Should be a good time for snow plow truck drivers to pick up one more OT paycheck before the spring walleye run starts.

It think it’s just going to be a squall line and a fast mover at that. That said, look likes it will be one hell of a squall line

Northern Alabama will go from possible tornadoes to snow in less than 12 hours. That’s wild.

Sitting in the woods in North MS waiting on turkeys to wake up. It’s warm and windy. Some pretty big gusts here and there. Hard to picture it snowing later. Crazy forecast

In Colorado (Black Hawk)we had mostly high winds. Trees dow. No power since Thursday. Was going to keep cutting up fallen trees today but had 3 inches over night and the real feel is 7 and may get colder as we are in for another two -three days of high winds.
Decided to make a mimosa and keep the ling night going by focusing on keep wood burning stove going instead

James will be on his game tonight. He's still reeling from his gustnado comment from a couple of weeks ago.

There is an associated Critical fire weather risk today for parts of TX and OK. A big fire just went up near Martha, OK. Burning under 40mph wind with gusts near 60mph. It is visible on radar with the smoke plume already stretching nearly 40 miles.

Any of our east coast posters in VA/NC/SC really need to be paying attention tomorrow. This looks to be one of the higher threat days that they will see, moreseo than they're used to dealing with.

The temperature change between today and tomorrow is crazy. Probably gonna be some really high winds tonight when the line moves through.

Gonna be a high of 76 today here in Kentucky with lows in the teens by tomorrow (with mixed precip). And 70 mph winds tonight (it's already blowing in the 20s right now).

Yay.

Appropriate for this thread I think. Wild that it was 18 years ago though.
