Kiffin continued the trend that Freeze started of rolling out avant-garde uniforms at Ole Miss.
Will he continue the trend at LSU? That loser, Brian Kelly, always rotated our uniforms.

You have to do that at a place like ole Miss where there is no football tradition. You gotta do whatever it takes to get folks to notice you. He won’t have to do that at LSU

IMO there’s certain things that are new coach coming into a university should not mess with in terms of tradition.
uniforms far super-cede coaches and fact is Lane K will be there for a few years and he’ll be gone. The traditions of LSU will be there forever. He should respect that and I’m sure he will.

I actually agree with this. Their unis needed tinkering. Their powder blue football unis are their best look. Their powder blue baseball unis are fantastic.
As for LSU, I'm okay for an occasional switch but the traditional uni is iconic. The LSU brand is strong so there's no reason to mess with that. (no purple pants though

IMO.... LSU just needs to keep a couple things in check w/Lane and that's uniforms and sideline celebrations.
Keep the uniforms traditional and don't bring the basketball dunking BS to LSU.

When you have no history, you use gimmicks. LSU doesn’t need gimmicks. We have the skins on the wall.
