Did yall prefer the 1 game like it was pre 2003 or do yall prefer the series?
For me personally, i prefer the series.....makes it more interesting

Having 1 game is pretty damn intense. I love the pressure of that style.
The series is probably the best choice, though.
I don't think I like either more than the other. The best part about the series is that it's more baseball, and I like more baseball.

Series but they need to allow a break to set up the rotations for the Finals. Us winning it all in 2023 with Skenes not pitching in any of the 3 Finals games was crazy.

I like the symmetry of the series finals.
To win a national championship, the path involves winning a 4 team regional then a 2 team super regional followed by effectively a 4 team regional and 2 team super regional in the CWS. At each level the opponent gets better.

I like the old Rosenblatt stadium a lot more. I also like the one game winner take all, pitch the first baseman if you needed to approach. But I get the three game series as it really levels the championship some.

Could not agree more!! Dumbfounded that they haven’t done this yet. The series final is a reset. When it was one game, it wasn’t really. Let both teams have their best arms in a series. Also agree with the intensity of a one-game. I loved it; however, I think a series is the most fair. Especially when teams come out of different brackets.

Series. More time with only baseball on my mind since I block that time off.
Omaha for the CWS is special and this year I have a new business partner who has very good (box) seats for all events. He’s already said he will set aside 1 or 2 for me.

Series. Mainly because each side of the bracket starts the tournament on a different day, which could potentially give a huge advantage to a 1 game champion

The problem with the one game final is that a 1-loss team could beat an unbeaten team and win the championship.

Agree also but this would require ESPN to bump X-Games reruns or Cornhole from Wed/Thu night. Too much to ask of them.

College baseball teams are made for 3 game series. I just wish the CWS would put a few days to reset pitching rotations, but that would never happen because they won’t send fans home for 4 days and have them come back.
