They are also Iraqi citizens. Why didn’t they use that in the title?
ETA- I’m assuming they’re Iraqi citizens too. Iraqi origin doesn’t sound like it’s just their ethnicity.

What is factually incorrect about that?
It’s not factually incorrect, but it is dishonest journalism. The headline should capture the main point. Many people read only headlines. Those three had many characteristics that could have been the focus of the headline - their nationality, gender, socio-economic status, ethnicity, etc. Their Norwegian citizenship was chosen as the most salient. Do you believe it was the most salient characteristic of those three? Of course not.

Buried in the story, but they damned sure didn't mention it in their headline and that's the point. For the masses who just read headlines or only lightly skim the story, they'll miss that point and that is by design.
The Scandinavian countries were largely homogenous prior to the invasion of Northern African and Middle Eastern military-aged males claiming "immigrant" status. Those groups are almost exclusively responsible for the growth in violent crimes across those countries while their governments bewilderingly seek to do everything in their power to hide that fact.
