Do people from Iran like to boil crawfish?

Maybe we can offer them an unlimited supply of crawfish as a negotiating tactic to end this war and restore peace to the Middle East. Crawfish could be the unexpected x factor that prevents Iranian acquisition of nuclear bombs.
Louisiana can produce the crawfish, the U.S. federal government can buy the crawfish from Louisiana, and then the U.S. federal government can send it to Iran.
Peace throughout the world and Louisiana would get insanely rich

That’s a very plausible hypothesis.

I have an idea of what this will do to crawfish prices.

Yeah but they line all the crawfish up and shoot them in the back of the head with a BB gun, letting them fall into the pot

What about it, folks?
Should we tell the Lousiana bunch they are the only ones who think swamp roaches are a delicacy?

A barrel of crawfish costs way more than a barrel of oil.

When General Norman Schwarzkopf was a young teen his father was Ambassador to Iran. When attending a large state function his father and he were the guests of honor.
His father told him. "We are the guests of honor. They are always served the sheep's eyes. It would be an insult not to eat it. You will eat it, and act like you like it."
Schwarzkopf ate the eyeball.

Can you imagine what the crawfish price setters in the Middle East must get to charge for crawfish? Holy shite.
