Any one ever tried softshell crawfish?

These crawfish are taking their time getting ready to boil but in the meantime, can we fry them like softshell crabs? Any tips?

Yes. Fry them like you would soft shell crabs. They’re delicious

Yep. Love em. Used to be a guy on Old Jefferson by the EBR/Ascension Parish line that sold them. They also used to sell a softshell crawfish poboy at JazzFest

Louisiana Lagniappe in Destin used to have a dish that had soft shell crawfish on top of a piece of fish.

Yes, really good fried. I believe you can actually order them from Rouse's.

stuff them, fry them, and top with hollandise sauce
