It will be for the ones that get popped ahead of schedule. They were here waiting on specific activation orders that aren't going to come on their preferred timeline. Senator Mike Lee of Utah is pushing for the abolition of Concealed Carry in favor of legal, no permission needed for law abiders, open carry. If a goodly number of people openly carried, we know how that would affect miscreants.

Well that’s sort of a Neville Chamberlain way of looking at it for sure.
But, if they are here, they just didn’t get here. They’ve likely been here a long time (certainly during flung open doors Biden admin if not long before even that).
So, if they’ve been in place and just been awaiting the green light then we’ve pretty much been living under the threat of not pizzing off the Islamic Republic too badly for who knows how long?
And we don’t necessarily know if “pizzing off the Islamic Republic” was accompanied by a set of movable goalposts that could be adjusted at their whim and discretion.
I hope and pray nothing happens over here but that’s kind of an uneasy way to carry on with life as it is. More or less a proverbial gun to our head already in place and we just not better get them too pizzed off at us.

They're going to cite the guy who was going to try to assassinate Trump, but that's stretching "Terror cell"
I don't think any have been successful unless you include acts against Iranian expats/dissidents.
