longer I thought about it.
It’s an active and deliberate FU to President Trump.
But beyond that it is tangibly hurting the citizens of this country.
The lengths to which our own party is going to thwart the Will of the people who elected it is astounding.

The GOPe doesnt want what we want.
They fear and hate Trump as much as the Democrats if not more because he threatens their power and their hustles.
The GOPe is there to soak up seats for the donor class in red districts where globalists cant openly win. They're the Washington Generals and are just controlled opposition.
Whatever people think of Trump he's obviously a threat to that false sense of democracy we've had where the big interests actually run things and keep us arguing about social issues while they run up debt and plan for implementing WEF inspired policies at whatever pace they think they can get away with without causing a revolution.

This guy gets it and this is why I can't vote for RINOs

They're not our own party.
They're Establishment Uniparty Swamp. There are only a handful amongst the GOPe elite that actually care about the conservative constituency of America.

You primary RINOs and vote to stall the democrats in the general if you fail.
Work to fix your county GOP or the nation will never get rid of enough RINOs to have a conservative party reflective of its base.

Zero recess appointments
No vote on the SAVE Act
Trying to bribe Trump to support Cornyn
I'm actually surprised that President Trump hasn't lowered the boom on John Thune, but he obviously has his reasons for not doing so.
Thune has to be primaried in 2028. Until then, I guess were stuck with him.

What recess appointments are they wanting to make?
ETA: Legitimate question. I don't know.

It isn't nonsense if you actually care about the future of the country.

Why are you playing dumb? Judges and other appointments. You should know this.

Interesting. How does where Donald 2.0 stack up compare to where other recent administrations and Donald 1.0 when it comes to overall appointments and confirmations to date?

The GOPe pukes know exactly which districts they need to target. They manipulate campaign funds to starve most decent candidates outs. I believe they blatantly cheat in some places as well. There is a reason they are against the Save Act.

There have been 105 more confirmations to this point in Trump 2.0 than in Trump 1.0. They've confirmed 76 more appointees than the Senate under Biden at this point in his presidency. There are still 285 positions with no nominee and 63 awaiting confirmation by the Senate.

I'm with you Meauxjeaux !!
This more than anything else last week, made me livid -- I'm glad it wasn't just me.
It is unbelievable how we have two, dysfunctional parties but one functional swamp.

Yeah, you really spent your weekend worrying about the destruction of your country, rigged elections and the insane policy they're ushering in that is stealing the longstanding promises of this nation and the future from your children and grandchildren?
What a loser...

If congress would get off their asses and actually congress, this wouldn’t be a problem. They focus more on the next election cycle, and getting in their gotcha sound bites in hearings than doing their fricking job.
