Peter MD strongly recommended it so I decided to give it a shot. Wondering about other's experience with it.

What has your experience been like with them? I’ve been thinking about trying them.

Unless you’re trying to maintain fertility, I don’t see a need to pin hCG. Unless you want plump plums. I tried it for a while and determined it wasn’t worth an extra injection.

Just started out a couple a weeks ago. So far so good. They seem to be on top of things and as far as I know their prices are pretty competitive..

Well, they say it helps with "energy" too. Ever notice that? I just took my first injection this morning.

Nahh I didn’t notice that. Keeping my total around 1000 gets me right. They may be trying to make a sale.. but you can always try and see how you respond to it.

I’m 55 and started TRT 10 weeks ago and yes I do a shot of Gonadorelin HCL every Saturday and Sunday. My clinic said you want your own body to continue to make T and for your balls not to shrink. They said if you start T shots your balls will stop making T and shrink.

I also take anastrozole anti estrogen pills twice a week. I feel great so far.

My labs had my total T at 363 and my free was low low before I started.

No point unless you are worried about fertility.

No I don’t, I have no interest in maintaining fertility, plus I had a vasectomy last year

suppose to be benefits like energy and penis sensitivity but I dont think its worth it and I never noticed it and HCG is expensive AF if you are not getting off the gray market and hardly ever covered by insurance.

I dont get the hype many of the influencers on X post, especially silverfoxleo. I like his and bowties stuff but i can not comprehend the HCG thing

The latter is why I took it and it did nothing. Def wasn’t worth an injection.

Do people lose feeling in their penis when they get older?

I did mono therapy for awhile because I guess I had secondary low testosterone (balls work, pituitary not sending enough precursors). It bumped me from like 320-360 to 750ish. Helped a ton with workouts.

Problem was I might as well have been 16 with how ridiculously horny I was at all times and in no way did that line up with a 40 something year old wife who works full time with 3 elementary age kids.

Eventually just got off of it due to price and take some supplements and just work out still. Not sure if my numbers ever went back into the 300s or not.

Are you sure it's not just not as erect as it used to be? That's decreased blood flow, which is what Viagra and Cialis are for.

Some guys run HCG with TRT mainly to keep natural production from completely shutting down and to avoid the testicular shrinkage that can happen on testosterone alone. I tried it for a while and it did help keep things more stable hormonally, but dosing seems to matter a lot and some people get estrogen spikes if they go too high. Usually worth following the doctor’s protocol pretty closely and checking bloodwork after a few weeks to see how your body reacts.
