would you be happy with Mike Washington Jr. in the 2nd round? Too soon? Obviously depends on who else is available but he seems to be emerging as the consensus RB2. He did well at Senior Bowl and ran a 4.33 at the combine.

Class: SR
RAS : 10

Mike Washington Jr. transitioned successfully to the SEC in 2025, leading Arkansas with 1,070 rushing yards and eight touchdowns on 167 carries while adding 226 receiving yards. His standout senior season followed a productive 2024 campaign at New Mexico State, where he rushed for 725 yards and eight scores. For his efforts, he was recognized as a Second-team All-SEC selection by both the league's coaches and the Associated Press. Washington is a versatile back with impressive vision and a dual-threat skill set that allowed him to average 6.4 yards per carry against high-level competition.

Too soon. Maybe trading into the back of the second with a third this year and next, if you think he's a sure thing?

Man, have times changed. Dude is a 220 lb 4.3 RB and he might be a reach in the early second!

If you think he's your starting RB then two threes are nothing.
I like the kid. Very well rounded.

42 should be prime position to get a WR

No. He has an insane amount of fumbles
Ran a good 40 and started crying at the combine
Refused to do the other drills

I see the blamed it on just being an emotional guy, but any chance those tears were because he tweaked something? Only ask because he said he was going to do the drills, but apparently opted out

42 seems high. Seems like he and Price are the 2nd RBs in this draft. I still like Singleton as that change of pace back to pair with Neal and Estime.

I wonder if we trot out Miller again this year?

I think that even though you don't ever really actually say anything, we get it, you don't want the Saints to pick Love.

When did people start getting dinged for not doing drills at the combine? Some teams now don’t even send their coach or gm to the combine. Most of these guys workout at their pro day with coaches and other players they’re familiar with. Not sure how not working out has become a thing that makes a team not want to take a player.
