America ranked #1 in thinking that people are morally bad

Probably not the best place to discuss this, because message boards are magnets for sad resentful sonsofbitches who feel a sense of isolation.
If you say "I hate people" in front of a group of actual people, actual people look at you as if you're crazy. If you post it on a message board, you get thumbs ups and validation and able to convince yourself that you're not so crazy after all.
I definitely wouldn't vote for "very good," but I would vote for "somewhat good." People are more likely to remember an unpleasant encounter with someone in public than they are a pleasant one by a factor of at least 20. frick it, I think that most people are good.

Someone asked me to go to the rodeo yesterday, and I responded I don’t like being around the general public. No shame message board or in person.

A few things going on here
- Some of this is a cultural fault of America and it's not good
- Some of this is because America is fractured politically, ideologically, ethnically in a way some states aren't
- Some states are probably just cucked or stupid or both (Canada)

Progressives are moral scolds. So yeah- as white girl moral Puritanism grows- we get to hear how badly we are failing them morally. The entire culture at this point is based on being told where you stand in the moral hierarchy. It’s goofy AF.

You can validate this data in about 45 seconds on the poli board.

Judge not, that ye be not judged.
For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

Doesn't help that 99% of legacy media and social media is rage bait.

Anyone who has traveled a lot understands that America is hilariously uptight.

We have a higher standard in America.

That's actually lower than I thought it would be.
As a former staunch leftist, my former acquaintances judged people worse than the most religious zealots that I knew. I stated here before I lost a good friend years ago when I made the mistake of saying I didn't think a man could give birth to a child. Considering all of our major institutions and culture are dominated by the new Puritans, I thought we would be closer to 70%.

Not surprising. Our country lives in fear. Probably all the tv we watch.

Most people have no concept of what "good" morality is.

What is most Americans don't find a sense of identity in politics and don't make politics part of their personality in real life, and it only seems that way to people who spend too much time on social media?
