This kind of stuff is why Hillary wasn’t elected president.
Trump was elected in part due to promises to not do things such as attack Iran and not do things like create a power void in notoriously unstable Middle East.

You can go back 20-25 years and find a buncha of vid clips of prominent Dims sounding liking the moderate republicans of today.......my how things have flipped 180 degrees. You mean 99% against Iraq and Syria following ISIS’s takeover, thanks to neocon’s (now known as MAGA) failed war in Iraq, which led to AQ in Iraq/ISIS taking over large swaths of the region? He certainly did, but that was still a continuation and direct consequence of Bush/MAGA’s failed war in Iraq. And yes, I’ll throw in the Dems too that authorized military force in the region.
