Did they pick up the second guy?

Watch the original video, there's clearly two parachutes

that doesn't look an F-15 to me.

What do you reckon?

Was probably FF hit by an interceptor missle.

i don't know. something is off with the tail to me. maybe an F-18 or F-22 if it is even a US plane.

where is the 2nd seat pilot if an F 15?

Behind the first I’d imagine.

Nah, it is. You can see the silhouette pretty good from about 9 seconds on, as it spins down.

It ain't an F-18, F-22 or F-35, wing profile is wrong.

Comments are saying it's a Saudi f-15 based on the pilots facial hair not meeting grooming standards.

Being speculated online this is an Israeli or Saudi pilot. Doesn't look like US. We frequently sell military equipment including jets to allies in the Middle East.

They’re all calling it a friendly fire incident

I was thinking F18. That's what it would seem, anyway. 15s are more "blocky".

Its an F15E strike eagle. Both the pilot and wso ejected safely. Its believed to be a FF incident.

This is consistent with the Kuwaiti reporting, FWIW.

(Side note: I spent some time at Ali Al Salem.)

Yeah, they’ve had a large number that recently departed from RAF Lakenheath to somewhere in the ME according to a channel I watch.
