How long are we gonna use "that's baseball" or "it's not conference play" to excuse hits?

If we hadn’t hit well the first two weeks I’d be more worried but that isn’t the case. We hit very well until Tuesday

Not great week at the plate for sure. However it’s one week. Every team is going to have a bad week. If it becomes a pattern over multiple weeks, there’s more cause for concern.

It is amazing how baseball works. Strange how you go from knocking the cover off the ball to looking so terrible at the plate. Hopefully they’ll bust out of it soon.

All that counts are wins and losses. As long as we find a way to win, that's fine with me. I wish we got 12 hits a game, but that's not the case right now. I believe this team will play up when the chips are down.
