How long will this “war” last?

My money is on less than 2 weeks. Just like every other military incursion we’ve had under DJT

I don’t know but I hope the neocons here are happy. The boot licking cucks have done a complete 180 on their convictions again and now support this because Trump told them to. It’s an absolute cult at this point

Well Eddie Ray it's embarrassing that you reside in Lafayette. I live in Butte la Rose 21 miles from Lafayette. Lafayette is the epicenter of Cajun culture. The Cajun people are strong patriotic family oriented people. We are tough people who don't bluff easily and will do our best to kick arse if threatened. I hope you are not a Cajun. This will last longer than last June’s limited strikes.
This is an all out onslaught with the USA now fully involved.
I think it’ll last until late Spring. There will be no large scale troop deployments on their soil.

Now, when we say that regime change will create a vacuum that needs to be filled with heavy (and costly) US presence in Iran that will lead to long-term unknown consequences (See 1953 & 1979) or we risk even greater instability in Iran with potential worse outcomes than the current Islamic Regime, we will be called "Panicans" without the slightest attempt to understand what we are warning against.

It won’t last long. From watching Trump in the past, he asked the military how long and told them gloves are off to accomplish X,Y,Z and they responded with a time frame that Trump approved of . I’m guessing a couple days .

At what point does this board admit that the neocons have been right all along? Regime change in Venezuela, Iran, and Cuba, decisive strikes against dictators, installing leaders that are friendly to western democracies. I have no issue with any of it, but isn't that word for word the neocon playbook?

Except this is in a part of the world a lot of American boys have come back from F’d up or dead, needlessly. So, it’s kind of understood when military action in the mid-east brings back those thoughts to people who don’t want to see that replayed.
For what it’s worth, I’m ok with what’s being done. I wouldn’t be ok with another war, though, and I am almost sure Trump won’t let that happen, but to chastise people who show an ounce of concern about it is a bit over the top.
