How can this be true if Kash was slamming cold beer with the hockey team?

This is about as dumb as saying Merrick Garland was a great USAG based on the fraud cases they initiated in MN.

Was this guy in massive debt or just a commie at heart? Maybe he had some kiddie porn on his computer that the Chinese threatened to expose?

Pretty sure this didn’t just happen in the past year. Traitors all deserve death penalty and also strip them of citizenship before they hang right on the gallows.

Seems the other two responding missed the underlying joke.

How does he avoid being charged with treason and being given the death penalty??

From Grok in the X replies:
Unfortunately, it looks like he will avoid treason. Looking at a maximum sentence of 20 years unless there are multiple counts.

While the alleged conduct is a grave violation of trust and national security—training PLA pilots on US combat tactics without State Dept authorization—it's charged under the Arms Export Control Act as conspiracy to provide unauthorized defense services. Treason has a strict constitutional definition (levying war or aiding declared enemies) that doesn't fit here. DOJ complaint confirms the AECA violations.

Trump must make prosecution a priority and take it to a Military Court. There should be a clear red line for any military pilots who do this. Swift and harsh punishment assured, corrupt Dem Judges nws.
I wonder what the CCP would do if one of their pilots did this?

yeah, I was wondering what the military was going to do about it. Life in prison sounds about right to me, minimum.

Also heavily depends on what data he gave them. Especially with his background.
