LSU baseball dealing with ju-ju because of USA Today.

#2 LSU baseball was jinxed on their Tuesday midweek game with McTeets cuz of USA Today moving them to the #1 spot ahead of UCLA, who happened to sweep #7 TCU this weekend. Go figure.
Now back to the security of the #2-5 rankings. Haha

To everyone freaking out over the McNeese loss: Baseball is not football. Sometimes you don't get the hits you need, or your pitchers can't find the zone, or the opposing team has a really good game, or all of the above. It happens to everyone, we just need to learn from it and move on to the next game.

If a bad baseball team beats a very good one, it's not a shock. If a bad football teams a very good football team, it's a big deal.
It's just the nature of the two sports. Upsets are shocking in football, not at all in baseball.

USA Today is a total joke. Sports, politics, etc. I wouldn't waste a dime of my money on them.
LSU is going strong. That's all that matters. You aren't going to win them all*.

It's lame to me how some fans only see their favorite team's negatives. It's one thing to not keep up with other teams, but you should still have an understanding that other ranked teams lose midweek games. There was no perfect team last season as well.
