I go to Puerto Vallarta a lot for vacation. It was weird walking up and my X feed had videos taken from the tops of rooftop hotel pool decks of fires burning across the downtown city area. They grabbed some cartel honcho and they setting fires to buses and making roadblocks.

I’m going to Cancun in late March. Hopefully it calms down by then. Mexico is dependent on tourism so the government has motivation to get things under some control. At least the government not under cartel control.
