A year ago I got the BAN from On3 from a kid named Matt Brune for arguing with him about McCantwin. He would crush CBK & Mulkey every time something went wrong even though they were winning 70% & 80% of their games respectfully. I don’t know if he’s kin to McLoser or not. I’d make comments like he must be. He’s not a LSU Fan at all and his articles are “I don’t like this” or “I want to see LSU do this” “this player is not good “ or whatever but NEVER say anything negative about McFireMe. I would so fed up about his softness toward McCantWin , I couldn’t help myself. So whatever I said he cried and I’m banned. I’m a seasoned felon on On3 I guess I got life w/o parole.
If you have access READ the article today about how gritty McLoser’s teams play and the McMoral victories. It makes me sick, saying LSU may keep McLoser cause his teams don’t quit. WTF!?! Are you kidding me! It’s a good thing I’m banned because I wouldn’t have made it pass this powderpuff article to keep his Uncle as a LSU Coach. This dude is a North Texas Grad and obviously does give a shite about LSU sucking in basketball. My bad for the long story just had to get it off my chest- McCantWin & McMatt suck when it comes to LSU MBB.

I got banned from Tigerdroppings in 2015 for criticizing Paul Maneri. Not sure what pussy was running it then. I had to start this account. It wasn't even bad.

The dude is 16-52 SEC in his 4th season and somehow nothing is his inability to coach. He’s Teflon Matt.
You have a poster this morning blaming Wade for the 2-12 SEC record this season. I really think some of these dudes are posting from a mental institution.

He's had some bad luck, I'd say he lost about half of his 52 games to teams with superior talent.
Of the other 26 games, I'd say he lost 12-14 of those because of the bad luck. That still leaves 12-14 that he should have won. And I may be being generous in MM's benefit, as is my inclination with LSU coaches.
Those losses are the difference between being a serviceable or good SEC coach and one who is either over his head at this level or just not good. It's also why all but the most diehard McMahon supporters want him gone, including me. And I am not one to advocate for firing a coach, in general.
As a side note, a great coach wins almost all of those should-have-won games, plus some of each of the other categories, in part because he is better at recruiting but also because he constructs teams with an identity and depth that bolsters that identity.

I know but when I read this shite about LSU MBB and McCantWin it makes me lose focus. Writing comprehension goes out the window. I love LSU MBB and when good it’s great. This purgatory of losing stings. This dude Matt Brune doesn’t feel it like I do. He just writes, he doesn’t hurt watching his Uncle McLoser take LSU to the cellar.

If had he earned any credit, then this season could be given a pass. The issue is he’s never demonstrated an ability to coach at this level. We continue to run into a brick wall with no alternative plan. And no one expects to win the SEC every season, even the Kentucky’s don’t do that, but we get run out the gym by other bottom dwellers.

I am a little concerned now that two factions in the LSU athletic power structure might give him another year.
One of those is the influential group of MBB-specific supporters who still seem to like McMahon (I believe Dale Brown and Collis Temple may number in that group, but that is pure speculation on my part),
The other is the bottom-line group that looks at sunk cost as somehow relevant to moving on. I am not sure if either of those is going to try force another year, but it concerns me.
Other than Rousse and the BOS insisting we keep MM, I do think both of those groups I mentioned have to make that play for him not to be fired, though.
It's just a wait-and-see game for the time being.

I hope it’s already been decided and it doesn’t get to that, just waiting for the season to be over and have the exit conversation.
If he returns next season, I may tune out, and that’s not something I’d ever imagine.

I can't believe I'm saying this (and you won't believe it either) but I am thinking the same thing.
