McConnell’s Chief of Staff Terry Carmack.

As Chief of Staff, Carmack oversees McConnell’s personal office in Washington, D.C., managing a team of approximately 40 employees across legislative, communications, and administrative functions, as well as six field offices throughout Kentucky. He remains a central figure in McConnell’s leadership team, with senior staff ...

I challenge anyone to find a good picture of Carmack ... he's been scrubbed for whatever reasons.

This may be him from 1992 ...

It's amazing to me that McConnell, or any Congressman, needs a staff of 40.

100% agree. 40 fricking people? Give me a break. Even the staffers are building generational wealth. These are the unelected, nameless, behind-the-scenes frickers who control our “elected” officials.

That's not long at all... is that about the time McConnell started glitching?

In October 2020, then-Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell faced media scrutiny regarding his health after appearing with noticeable bruising and bandages on his hands. Despite the, at times, severe bruising, McConnell dismissed concerns, stating his health was "just fine" and refusing to provide specific explanations for the marks.

Exactly.

This Carmack guy ... it would appear based upon some of the things I'm reading and seeing, is about to become famous.

Mitch is going to be confronted apparently.

So Thune is acting like he supports the bill but behind the scenes he’s trying to stop it. That’s what I figured.

That was my first thought when reading the OP too. I figured congressmen and senators had a staff of maybe a half dozen, and that's if they're important. Mercy, how the hell do they keep 40 people busy? Reading emails from disgruntled constituents?

Girl, are you seriously talking shite about McConnell's hands when Trump has the same problem?
A problem common to old people that take blood thinners.
