Spin off from a post I made in a different thread. Here is what I've got so far. A ton can change.

POSITION PLAYERS
1. Brown
2. Dardar
3. Yorke
4. Caraway
5. Arrambide
6. Braun
7. Milam
8. Curiel
9. Serna
10. Stanfield
11. Simpson
12. Reaves
13. Pearson
14. Ruckert

PITCHERS

15. Evans
16. Moore
17. Schmidt
18. Guidry
19. Sheerin
20. Rizy
21. Dathe
22. Plog
23. Cowan
24. Garcia
25. Williams
26. Noot
27. Fontenot

Could see an argument for taking Ruckert out and adding Paz or Zion.

Guys like Reaves/Dardar/Baraun/Simpson are so valuable because they can all play multiple positions at different levels. 3 of them have bats good enough to DH.

A ton can (and will) change between now and Nashville, but a fun conversation to have nonetheless.

ETA: Completely forgot about Williams I want hm throwing 6 innings a weekend if possible. He is now in my 27.

unless you just had a brain fart cooper Williams over both LHP in Lachenmeyer and Garcia.
Honestly I would take Ricken over both as well based on upside.

Fontenot has had some bad luck n a few bad defensive plays behind him that would have gotten him out of a few of those innings. He's missed a few pitches but he's pitched better than his numbers show.

Cannot believe i forgot Williams lol. I will add him. Complete oversight on my part.

I like Ricken too, I'm just thinking about guys with experience. Which RHP do you take out? Noot? Fontenot? Do you remove a position player?

Jay will have some tough calls.

Exactly what happened lol I was sitting there like "man I know we have another LHP" I want Williams to start on Sundays.

Only reason I kept Lach/Garcia is because Jay likes his matchup ball.

I think if it's a heavy right handed lineup we're facing, you add RIcken/Paz.

If it's a team with more LHH, you see Lach/Garcia.

I know. It''ll all be about trust with him. He's got the potential to go every weekend in high leverage situations.

Just being realistic, but it is highly unlikely that we will get through the season with no injuries, so some of the guys that were not on the list may get opportunities to step up.

We have played a relatively easy schedule so far. No need to have 27 guys yet.

I’m having a hard time getting behind Yorke. He adds tons (pun intended) at the bat and so far his defense seems solid. But he’s such a liability on the base path in front of guys who can fly. He’s got trainers and dietitians available 24/7/365. Can’t he just drop a few pounds??

Not arguing, but which of the 3 are you considering to be good enough to DH?

Is SEC keeping a travel roster size of 27?

NCAA moved to a travel roster size of 34 for post season.
