There were many tariffs that were negotiated (as in treaties) that will stay.

That’s what Trump seems to be doing too. He’s not disregarding the court, as the court only struck down a specific mechanism for tariffs. Trump is now using other authorities. Fine. But don’t suggest the Supreme Court decision should be ignored.
