Family out walking in Michigan ran over and shot

This is horrendous, and tonight is the first I’ve seen of it. Seems totally random. Sorry if Germans. I haven’t seen the family identified in this or other articles. The township is 90 miles north of Detroit and is 80% white, 10% black.

Banks was seen running from the car and taking the shotgun out of a backpack. He then returned to the backpack and reloaded the gun and began firing again.

He also began punching the girl’s parents and grabbed the mother by her hair “and began pulling it as if he was trying to break her neck,

Banks then allegedly hit the 72-year-old woman with a shotgun
