Innocents suffer while criminals ignore and exploit the lack of punitive Law and preventive power therein. I accept the innate justice of “innocent until proven guilty”, but in instances where the evidence is unambiguous and irrefutable, quick and harsh punishment will indeed discourage further crime committed against the innocent.

This is where I give due respect to our CCP and Islamic adversaries as crimes like rape simply do not exist in their general society.

A single YouTube video of a crude public castration carried out on a heinous and undoubtedly guilty criminal virtually ends rape for all but the most psychologically impaired, sociopathic criminal element.
