Hughes was arrested and charged with the following, according to police: Child seduction (five counts) The charges were filed in connection with the alleged sexual abuse of the minor student. Hughes was taken to the Randolph County Jail, and she is being held on a $25,000 cash-only bond

I really hope someone is doing some sort of data analytics on these cases and comes up with some common data points.
Ugly duckling in school? Severe mental immaturity? Power and control issues?
