Don’t know much about her. There’s not much out there on her.

Is she Bill Cassidy?
No?
She has one vote right there.

I don't live in Louisiana, so not my problem, but on the issues is a really good website.

Women need a seat at the table
[On women in elective office]: "I think the sky is the limit. When you think about the population of Louisiana, I believe roughly 52-percent are female. Every issue is a women's issue. Women need a seat at the table, their voices need to be heard," Representative-elect Letlow said.

[On public schooling]:"I was able to talk about education and how it can be used as a catalyst to lift a region out of poverty," she said, noting that hers is among the poorest congressional districts in the country. Nearly 30% of families with children are under the poverty line in the 5th District, according to the Census Bureau.

COVID can touch anyone; get a vaccine and save your life
[On the coronavirus pandemic, after her husband, Rep.-Elect Luke Letlow, died of COVID-19]: "You know, I experienced a tragedy in my immediate family. if there is a vaccine that has life-saving capabilities, I want to encourage everyone to trust it and get the vaccine." And COVID can touch every family out there," she continued. "And so, you know,

Pay equity is definitely something that I will look into
Q: Is addressing pay equity a priority for you?
LETLOW: It's definitely something that I will look into. I believe women should be paid equitably, but I am so proud to be the first Republican woman elected to represent the state of Louisiana. You know, when you look at the makeup of Louisiana, roughly fifty-two percent is female. Every issue is a woman's issue. And so it's a wonderful opportunity for Louisiana to have a woman to have a seat at the table.

Yep, women outnumber men and politicians understand it very well. The feminization of America began a minute after the 19th Amendment was passed.

Bill Cassidy blasts her for basically being a RINO. Well, that’s exactly what he is! I’ll vote for not-Cassidy, even if it’s Mickey Mouse.

Women in politics has been a disaster and I will not vote for her, unless I have to. I also will not vote for Cassidy, unless I have to, so I’ll go with Fleming. I he does not win the primary, I will have a choice to make, either not vote or vote for whoever the Republican candidate is.

Letlow might be a dud, but Cassidy is definitely a dud.

I'd have to hold my nose and vote for that bitch Cassidy. We have the keep the senate.

Fleming is the best candidate. I don’t trust Letlow.

She is not Cassidy so that is enough for me. You don’t act like Cassidy and get my vote for re election. This woman sucks, she will get the same.

Why doesn’t he claim this about Fleming?

Ideally there will be a runoff between Letlow and Fleming.

I think Fleming is going to be the type of conservative we’ve been wanting in the Senate for many years.

Fleming is a lunatic. I’ve had the displeasure of working with his office during the last couple of sessions on some radical agendas they were pushing.
He read some book on an economic theory and went on some crazy crusade that made zero real world sense. And I consider myself a card carrying republican.

I’m going to burst your bubble and give you the spoiler that Fleming will not be your next U.S. Senator.

I know John Fleming and his family. He’s definitely not a lunatic. He’s a very thoughtful person and a successful businessman.
What you consider a radical economic theory, is what most Louisiana voters would consider common sense.

Sounds like what was said in July 2015 when Trump came down the escalator.

False comparison.
Trump was an outsider with massive media oxygen and a national movement.
Fleming is a long-time officeholder with neither.
That’s not the same scenario.
