I always dread getting an an alert that the phone is going to update tonight with a new version. The updates always make things worse for your phone. I got two IOS updates on my iPhone in the past couple weeks and they really screwed my iPhone up. Texting is awful now.
Do they ever do updates that make things easier/better for the customer?

You gotta buy the newer phone for the update to run better!

Updates will always be around to annoy us.

Zuck says mobile phones will likely be a thing of the past as early as 5 years. He, Google, Apple, and Samsung are working in the direction of smart glasses with attached ear pieces.

So, just hang on to your present iPhone for a few years until you can get fitted for some spiffy Google glass that knows what you're looking at, listening to, and even thinking.

The end of mobile phones

I actually enjoy recieving new updates on my galaxy. They often end up not being features that I use but occasionally an update brings features that are cool or helpful

Me either. I certainly don't dread them. Everyone needs security updates anyway.

I first became aware of Apple’s fricked up updates when they made the goddamn texting keys smaller. Motherfrickers must’ve used their outsourced Chinese children to redesign it.

Pisses me the frick off to this day.
