Some of the best cooking videos I've seen

Sorry if this has already been posted, but the Fallow restaurant YouTube channel is worth a follow for anyone interested in cooking. Jack Croft and Will Murray are the chef/owners of Fallow in London. Both worked for Heston Blumenthal (Fat Duck, Dinner) and have quickly mastered the medium. Topics range from basics (multiple ways to cook potatoes) to the wild (cooking the most popular Michelin starred dishes from different decades. They're young, but really really good at making cooking videos.

Thanks for this. I saw a Valentine's Day menu for a restaurant that I like in Newport, RI. One of the entrées is a Pot au Feu, a classic French stew of beef short ribs, brisket and chuck.. And I really want to find a good recipe to make one.. Maybe this will lead me in that direction.

Been subscribed to them for a few years now. Always my top recommendation to people for youtube follows with Andy Cooks and Sip and Feast

Yup. These guys do good work. I've been watching for a while now.
I do miss Chef Jean Pierre. He's the GOAT youtube chef. He announced back in July that he was taking a short break, but unfortunately he has yet to come back. Everyone should be watching his videos and becoming great cooks.

Jack and Will are consistently putting out some of the best cooking content on YouTube. They are phenomenal. I have become a better cook watching their videos.

Thanks for the tip. I’m not familiar with them, but I saved a few of their videos to my watch later list. I like that they are relatively short.

Ditto. If you like Andy, give Joel at Recipe30 a look if you haven't already.

I like the actual cooking videos a lot, but the videos where they try 20 different kinds of beef or 15 different breeds of chicken are fascinating.
