And….if we Americans are collectively stupid enough to put a Dem back in the WH in ‘28, it’ll will all be for nothing because the Dems will fling open the doors and they’ll all come rushing right back in (and then some as well).

Reagan did that because dems controlled congress and they promised to do border enforcement. Trump and conservatives learned from this and it’s why we’ve been able to kill mass amnesty every time dems have pushed it the past 20 years.

If voluntary departures are hitting record highs, maybe the issue isn’t just with individuals but with how cases are being handled. When people give up, it usually means the process isn’t working properly.

No, not at all. It means the process is working very well.
The US Fifth Circuit ruled Friday that ICE could detain illegals without bail pending their immigration case being heard. This is why they are leaving. They don’t want to be in custody while their case plays out.
