Good Luck, Have Fun Don't Die

No way Gore Verbinski lets me down

Should be a fun romp.

Hoping it's good. He needs a win after The Lone Ranger. Fun Fact: Verbinski is from Oak Ridge, Tennessee. I always thought he was a foreigner

looks cool and all, Verbinski is great, but really, the only movie you're excited for is this one? There's a ton of good stuff out there.

Not into Project Hail Mary? Book was excellent, hoping it holds up in movie form.

It’s getting great reviews

I’m pretty pumped for Crime 101 also dropping this Friday. Looks like a solid action flick with some big names. Although the review embargo has me a little nervous. Usually when it lasts this long it’s not good

Looking forward to more this year than last year for sure. I probably watched 2 movies from 2025.

Hadn't heard of the movie you posted but it definitely looks good.

Dune 3
The Odyssey
Project Hail Mary
Peaky Blinders
The Adventures of Cliff Booth
Disclosure Day
Toy Story 5. Don't need this but no way I'm not watching a TS movie
The Social Reckoning

Maybe:

The Dog Stars
The Christophers. Love most Soderbergh
The Bride. Good be great, could be awful
The Breadwinner. Will give a shot just because I love Bargatze
The Drama
Sense and Sensibility. Not excited for it but I like the book so I'll give it a go
Digger. Tom Cruise in a comedy might be meh but Innaritu (sp?) is awesome

Of your list, maybe I'll see Disclosure Day in the theater. The rest are streaming movies for me.

I know people are jazzed for The Odyssey. I prefer watching movies like that on my couch

Dune is a must see theatre experience for me. Watched both in theatres and both at home and it just isn't the same. Even with a 77" and sound bar. imagine, like most Nolan movies, the Odyssey would be a good theatre experience as well.

But I thoroughly enjoy going to the theatre.

I am so over event movies.

The theater experience is miserable

Tired of wondering if I am going to have to fight in front of my kids over some black teens making noise.

It stopped being worth the hassle.

It is also why I never see films on opening weekend.

Hell i go to a theatre in Shreveport, ratchet city, and there isn't a time I can remember that I was annoyed by other movie goers. I'm sure there has been a time, but nothing that stands out, much less thinking I need to fight someone. Maybe go to a better theatre. But I doubt you'll be able to avoid black people wherever you go so yea probably not for you.
