Middle schools.
Baseball teams in and out of school.

These are the two most important factors.

Public school preferred.

Contenders:

Central
Zachary
Ascension Parish
St. George

What say you?

Why not consider the thriving metropolis known as White Castle?

Where you working baw? If you gotta drive to work might want to run a few test drives from wherever you start to circle on the map. Ascension parish can be a nightmare through Prairieville to Baton Rouge from some places

If you can swing it I’d look at St Francisville.

Before choosing an area, drive from where ever you will be working to the potential neighborhood at 5 PM a few times. I work near downtown and my house is in St George. It takes an hour in the afternoons most days. The Highland exit takes 15 minutes alone on many days to get through the light. It is bumper to bumper traffic from the interstate, Highland, Jefferson, all the way to Prairieville. It would probably take me just as long to get home if I commuted to Lafayette.

How many ‘Ys’ did you put in your kids name?

How many miles you wanting to put on your lifted F250 commuter truck?

Buy a Tesla for a commuter and use the F-250 for rolling coal on protestors and Jaxson’s travel ball trips.

Really?

The importance parents put on sports is ridiculous.

Again

This is a lie

The city has held close to the same even with white gain since the last census

It is 50/50 and still ranked in the Top 5 school districts in the state and outranked Central

Actually 47 /47. With 2% increase in Asians

The last census was 51 black, 44 white.

Why is The BR area so prejudiced? The black people that live here do not want to be in ghetto BR either. Same as the whites.

There was a spike in crime 4 years ago, however the current administration has reversed the trend.

Believe it or not, not all black people are bad.

If it were me, I would choose st. FRANCISVILLE.

A straight shot down 61 to BR Industry for your work commute.

Any other commute will be hell.

If it's Baton Rouge metro I wouldn't necessarily exclude West Baton Rouge Parish.... particularly, Addis and Brusly.
